Light weight non-stick pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own Zwilling scissors, knife, and now have Ballarini beautiful set. All pans are light weight easy use than other non-stick pans i had before. The glass lids are thick and heavy, they need carefully handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The set is excellent. With the nonstick surface, little fat is needed with cooking. The set also comes with detailed and easy to understand instructions for cleaning and maintenance. These are a great update for my kitchen!

Happy so far. The no-stick surface is working very well. No issues with anything sticking at all. I have learned through the years to never use high heat on any non-stick cookware. We also do not use no-stick spray, or metal utensils.
I wish the Dutch oven was a 6 quart. I need the larger capacity for many of the soups and stews that we make, however no larger sizes are offered in this line of cookware.
