I like how easy these pans are to clean, with minimal oil/butter. They heat evenly and quickly. Because of that I have stayed close to the stove so I don’t burn anything. The 5th star was not given as I paid more at @ostco than the website shows. (These were purchased within the last month.) 10/2024. Bummer!
