Well Made and not too heavy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookware heats up evenly and quickly. It cleans up easily. I don't put it in the dishwasher but you could. And I don't worry about the surface putting any contaminants in my food it is very well made. I own the grill pan also and have used it for several years. It holds up.
