[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second set of pans from ballarini. I am beyond impressed with their quality of nonstick cookware. I’ve cooked fish, eggs, burgers with no oil and they slid right off the pan. Highly recommend!

Great nonstick cookware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to have to add butter or oil to my other cookware to make them semi non stick without success. With Ballarini I don’t need to add anything to my cookware. They are nice looking and well made, I love them!

Works great on my ceramic cook top, Looking forward to many successful meals. Only question I have is that I received two 8" lids with no lid to fit the 10" pan?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set (10 piece Parma plus) is replacing an old Calphalon set that had scratched Teflon coating. My wife was concerned about our family consuming the Teflon in our food. These pots are non Teflon and non stick. So far we really like them. The only problem we had was the first set was sent out without one of the lids. I had to send it back and reorder another set. The second set came with a dented pot which I had to bend back into shape. I now know that the aluminum is soft and needs to be treaded with care.
