The parma plus isn't as heavy a pan as the Modena style and since I have some of both. I would suggest go with the modena for the better quality

Have had the set for about two weeks and have used each pan. No sticking, clean up is very easy and quick. I also like the fact that their a good weight with out being heavy. Really like the grey speckled color. Would recommend as a great set for the money.

Please change the glass lids…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the cookware, but why did you get rid of the metal edge? More chance of the glass edges chipping. Also, water gets “stuck” under the lids knob…not a great design.

very POOR quality for the price!

I am so disappointed in my pan set for the price. 3 pans were damaged when I received them. 2 pans had damage to underside of handles where it screws to the pan and 1 fry pan was dented and not round. The cost of these are expensive and the quality was absolute garbage! Never even used them as they were damaged right out of the box

These are nice pans but, after only a few uses on my gas stove, the bottoms of the pans are stained and I cannot get them clean.

What a Set!

This set covers all your cooking needs. Nothing sticks to this Grantium surface. It is extremely durable and scratch resistent - I even let my teenagers cook with it. I like that it heats up quickly and evenly. It sears beautifully as well. The pans also have Thermopoint Technology which lets you know when the pan is at the perfect temperature for cooking.
