Love love love this pan set! Seared meats turn out so crispy & beautiful. They pan showed no significant hot/cold zones when I did the sugar test.

Bad quality. I had big expectations just because it is Zwilling. But however both pans have residues on them even if I wash on hand. Also their stainless steel base got broken - I mean it is removed even we didn’t use anything except silicone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
