perfect size for smaller

I love the new design for four reasons, it takes up less space horizontally, the deeper profile keeps food contained in the pan, it is the perfect size for preparing a main course for 2-4 people, yet still practical for a single person with the benefit of leftovers. I tried the petite pot, but cutting a recipe to fit in it was not worth the effort. The petite pot will be for side dishes now. And last of all, the lighter weight of this pan makes it a delight to use. I may get another if I can find some excuse to justify having two. I bought the Grenadine color, and it is gorgeous.
