What an amazing Cocotte!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased an induction range and neither of my Dutch ovens worked on the range. I was looking for a French cocotte and I love my Staub! It works wonderfully on my induction range and convection oven. I would absolutely recommend this product! (It also helps that I was in the Alsatian region where these products are made 25 years ago!)

Love my Christmas present!

Christmas dinner rosemary roast beef was cooked to perfection. Thanks to my daughter for the gift that will continue giving for generations!
This piece is a perfect addition to an existing set or as an introduction to high-end enameled cast iron cookware. It can handle everything from soups and stews to baking crusty bread with ease. However you use it, this piece is sure to become a prized possession in no time.

Best gift EVER!!!

Love the spikes on the lid that help retain moisture while food is cooking...my all beef veggie soup I made over the weekend came out perfect with the right consistency and flavor! And it cooked faster with this Staub than with the Cuisinart!! What a difference!! People...save up to buy this beauty...you will not regret it!!

Excellent for sourdough bread

Have been using it weekly since I received it last year as a gift to self. Wonderful pot and heats up well. Am impress! Now if only Staub would make a elongated cast iron bread pot for baguettes.
