Off to a Great Start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although our new refrigerator is smaller than its predecessor and we're still figuring out what goes where, we have been very pleased with its performance. The only thing I would suggest is one more shelf as I find myself with too much empty vertical space.

Not going to work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After two months of producing ice quickly, it's now only producing a load about every 1 1/2 hours. Freezer interior temp. Is 14 degrees. At this temp, it should produce at least 2 loads per hour.

Refrigerator will do the job “just”

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator is working at the minimums. Minimum lighting, come on LED’s are cheap. I have to have the refrigerator set at it’s lowest setting for low 40 degrees. The water comes out of my kitchen faucet colder than the water dispenser in the refrigerator door.
Would I buy this refrigerator again, NO. I am sure I will have to replace this one in less than 5 years. Then, I think I will just get a cheap Top Freezer.

We are disappointed to learn the refrigerator doesn't meet all of your expectations. To address your concerns regarding the water not being cold, your model was designed without a water tank so the dispensing system is not designed to chill water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called the company that delivered it over two weeks ago they said they would submit something to Frigidaire because my icemaker is not working even though it’s brand new the icemaking compartment with a door the door does not stay on it’s built terribly and I still have not heard back from anyone

No temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything on top shelf of refrigerator freezes regardless of temperature setting. Have not been able to use the refrigerator since we naught it new over two weeks ago. Service response takes forever. Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!

Never been right

From the start, this refrigerator has given us trouble. We have to push the door in to get the ice dispenser to work. We get repeated notifications that the fridge has lost power when it hasn’t. The ice maker is incredibly slow- in the morning when I fill up my kids’ water bottles for school, I usually run out of ice for my cup of water. Expecting a Pugh ice for 5 people is not unreasonable.
