OK screenm, low/poor speaker, PBP issue

The screen was ok. With HDR on from Windows 10 setting, the overall color became brighter and there was no distortion in white background. The stand was stable and height/tilt adjustable but I found the maximum height of this monitor (while on stand) still too low in comparison to another monitor I had. With PBP, the screens kept retaining the default resolution (3440x) showing black letterboxes top & bottom, even when I changed the setting to "Full screen". The speakers (2x2W) were too quiet, muffled and just very poor quality, even with loud equalization on. Coming from another monitor with 2x3W speakers, the difference was HUGE. I ended up returning it for another ultrawide monitor with 3W speakers. And I agree with another reviewer that the toggle thingy on the bottom of the monitor operated feebly, felt like it was going to break with excessive/frequent usage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this monitor about a month ago for $499. I am happy with it and appreciate a 34" monitor available at a price point suited to the more common folk like myself who will keep this for 5+ years. I replaced a 23" Asus with this to assist during my two days a week I work at home giving me the ability to have two programs open at once.
I only have one issue with the fact to change inputs is through a toggle on the underside of the unit. I imagine it is just a matter of time before the toggle breaks off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent Ultrawide Option

I tried this when I was looking into a larger ultrawide to replace a dual setup. I found this monitor was quite good but I did not like the viewing angle and decided against it. If you are the only one using the monitor and you are always directly in front of it, this might not be an issue. Otherwise, it can get on your nerves and colours really change.
If you will stay in front of it, the monitor is nicely made and the viewing adjustments you can make are very smooth and useful. Wish it had a different panel because I likely would have kept it.
