Not Samsung Quality

cheap flimsy plastic attached with equally flimsy fasteners. making the corners look solid needs a lot of nudging and patience. to avoid fracturing the plastic, you'll need to remove it before moving the tv. from a distance it passes as wood, but this is not the samsung quality we've grown accustomed-to. worth maybe 25% of what they're charging.

Terrible quality with limited replacement supply

The corner clips that connect the bezel onto the TB broke during installation. The product is made from thin, plastic. Don’t waste your money, and if it is included for free during the order, don’t expect a nice product.

Images are photoshopped. The bezel is not as tight as depicted. It comes in 4 plastic pieces with magnets. Very easy to install, but also very easy to tell that it is 4 pieces.

Darker in-person, wish it was the 2020 beige color

took around two months to receive. the 2021 teak bezel is a much darker color in-person, sort of a mid brown color. it was super easy to apply - snaps right on via magnets. the bezel also fit the tv perfectly. no issues there.
samsung - please bring back the 2020 light beige color for the 2021 version!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Avoid this! Complete waste of money

Terribly designed. Does not assemble well, and seems far too deep for the TV. Magnets are extremely weak, and the connector pieces are tiny with poor snap fits.

Sam Sung, Thank you for sharing your experience with the customizable bezel. Please see below for further help with installation: 1. Each bezel piece is labeled, so you'll know where to attach them. 2. Line up each piece with the corresponding side of the TV, and then slide them into place. It's usually easier to start with the bottom and top bezel pieces first, and then put on the sides. 3. The bezel pieces are magnetic and will attach instantly. Each piece should be flush once attached. Be sure to use the corner snaps to secure the pieces in place. 4. To remove the bezel, gently hold one piece and slide it off of The Frame TV. Repeat this for all four bezel pieces. Frame is made of very thin plastic, and was almost impossible to get the corners to snap in place flush. Item also arrived completely broken, due to very thin nature of plastic.

Teak is not chic its more green/gray

if you ordered the modern teak bezel expecting the color to be similar to what was called beige (2020) you’re going to be disappointed as this cheek color frame is much darker and has a green/ gray hue to it. if hanging on a wall with other art that is natural or light wood frame including earlier samsung the frames in beige this teak frame doesnt blend in nor does it pop in a good way. also finding that some art doesnt look as good as it could b/c of the darker gray/green tone. bring back beige please. guess for now white is the only other option.
