Black Screen of Death

Very light usage but received the black screen of death. I wouldn't touch this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

it’s a great computer. It’s perfect for working from home. The battery life and grimy camera make work a bliss.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new laptop is performing well. I'm really impressed with how responsive it is with the SSD. I'm making a point to upgrade my office workstation with an SSD and see how it performs. I use the cloud for most of my email and storage needs, so transferring to a new machine was a simple process. I'm particularly impressed with the latest WIFI Network card. I had to upgrade my router last year, and I moved up to a WIFI6 unit. None of my existing equipment could take advantage of it. I have AT&T Fiber in my house, and my last laptop would get about 125 Mbps from the Wifi on the first floor. With the WiFi6 Network card, this new PC is consistently getting over 500Mbps. I haven't tried editing videos on this machine yet, but I'm guess it will handle it well.

Broke two time in 1 year

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this laptop oone year ago during that one year it broke two time.
It start beeping when i press power button and then only turn off is unplug battery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything is good but I wish the trackpad were more smooth. Also, I did not find much use of the red structure in the middle of the keyboard.
