[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd Lenovo laptop in the past 10 years. I have been impressed with the overall performance and durability. In regards to the ThinkPad E14 I recently purchased, it would be great if the keypad had a backlight. This feature should be standard on all laptops. Otherwise I would have given the laptop 5 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

But my laptop literally came broken. Battery drains overnight, keys falling off. Luckily customer service is fixing it for me and fingered crossed it works! I am so excited to get it back hopefully working normally !
