[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is light, compact and affordable. I knew the soldered 4gb ram wasn’t enough so I swapped it with a 16gb ram that I got separately. Before swapping, I was kicked out of Zoom meetings for no reason nonstop and my outlook would freeze while trying to refresh. I hope the ram change would help speed things up! Also, I wish the laptop was made of metal material instead of plastic because it can easily get scratched and leave a mark. I am not sure what material is used to make the top of the laptop (the back of actual screen)... but I really wish it was a different material as well because my fingerprints are all over it very visibly. This never happened with any of my laptops before.

The laptop is pretty good, but could be improved with enhanced battery saving features, longer battery life, and the ability to turn the fingerprint/power button's light off.
