Charger works great easy to understand what’s going on from the screen. You can change the charge level from 32 to 16 if you need to. ( by pressing + & - together) The charger handle fits your hand very comfortable and is well made, has protective rubber cap.

This charger is perfect for me. I have a dryer outlet in my garage. Using it saved me about $1500 over hiring an electrician to come and install a charger that I buy. It works perfectly, and I am very pleased with the relatively short time, compared to my Level 1 charger, it takes to charge my Kona EV. So, I bought this charger, bought a 25 ft. 240v extension cord and VOILA! I have a well-functioning Level 2 charger for my car. I could not be happier. Thank you Lectron for coming out with this charger that is strategically positioned in the market.

Nice Charger Unit

Use this to charge a 2021 BMW x drive 30e. Had electrician install NEMA 14-50 wall plug (for my other car - Tesla model 3) with 50A breaker. The unit seems to be well made and has a nice display on the device so you can verify proper connection, current flow and voltage. Would recommend for any j1772 slow charging at home. Also has nice plug cover.
