Doubt I will ever buy another Kitchenaid appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well ice maker number 6, after the original unit, three replacement units, and two ice maker replacements, plus several unsuccessful service calls, I finally have ice after almost two years. Of course that's only been for about a month...so we'll see how long it holds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ice Maker needs some work.

Can’t name one until I know the system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not very happy with this item. Bought all KitchenAid products and not one had an operating manual and it’s difficult to find info on how to use the induction cook top and wall oven. For this fridge/freezer, the ice continues to make ice even though the basket is full and it falls into the back and then the floor when pulled out. No operating manual to tell me how to reduce or turn off the ice machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible Product

After 12 remodels over the last 10 years, this was the worse purchase that we made. This refrigerator/freezer has been nothing but problems from the very start. The master board had to be replaced the ay after the warranty expired. The bottom door continues to freeze shut; we just stopped using it. This was a total waste of money and a waste of space in our kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Complete failure after 12 months

Terrible product and terrible service. Kitchenaid offered to warranty service the unit but never followed up. The certified service company never followed up. We were told several stories, then our claim was closed without fixing the unit. Not sure if warranty issue was due to kitchen aid or their rep but product shouldn’t have completely failed after such a short time
