Perfect choice, no regrets!

We’ve had this under-counter refrigerator for last two years, but I waited before posting a review until I was confident there were no problems. The fridge has been great, aesthetically and functionally. Each drawer has an independent temperature control, so the top drawer holds produce, dairy and other foods reached for daily, and we have mostly condiments and beverages in the lower drawer.
A convenient feature is the door open signal that sounds if a drawer is ajar—it’s a pleasant chime, not a blaring alarm. It’s reminded me a number of times when I didn't push the door closed. The other convenience is the controls are easy to see and reach; they’re right on top of the drawer so when you open a drawer you can check the temperature and adjust it if you need to.
One bit of advice: we had this professionally installed. It’s level, flush with the cabinets, and no problems with screws breaking or destroying the panel. Sometimes its the person using the tools who’s to blame, not the appliance.

Great Unit poor Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this fridge freezer for about a month now. The fridge drawer has unfortunately not worked since Day 1. Freezer drawer has been fine. I understand these things can happen. Placed a service call on July 2nd the tech was unable to diagnose the issue on the spot, have not heard back since, 12 days later despite numerous calls to customer service. This is unacceptable service.

Happy - BUT.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really was looking forward to this appliance to give me that little bit of "extra" fridge and freezer space. It does that, but because the ice maker takes up 1/2 the freezer drawer, it makes sense to use that as the main one for the house. Unfortunately, it made two ice cubes and has stopped working. I will need to get someone in to repair after waiting for 9 months for it to come - UHG!

Icemaker malfunctions

Purchased this unit and was delivered/installed in February. Icemaker did not work. Unit was replaced in June and that icemaker also did not work. Service technician replaced icemaker assembly but did not solve the problem. He is coming back next week but I am not hopeful. Water pressure and water inlet have been checked and are fine. Something is very wrong with the manufacturing of the icemaker feature on these units based on the numerous negative reviews.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

exactly what we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this for 1 month, but it serves to support a wet bar area in our kitchen and is providing everything we expected. Some bonuses are easy water filter replacement location, and the top drawer allows for most wine bottles to fit upright. The only change I would like is to offer different or at least a SS color option for the color of the end of the handles. I don't appreciate the red.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my refrigerator/freezer drawers. This is my second set as the first did not work. This set seems to work. The only issues I have found is some of the items in the refrigerator tend to freeze if way back and the freezer tends to pull ice to the back of the machine where I can’t get to it rather than stop making it. The freezer does work and the refrigerator is nice-
