2nd failure... same issue

This worked fine for a couple of years... then failed to cool. I have an extended warranty... took over 2 months to get it fixed. That was September of this year. It failed again last week... same issue. super disappointing. On hold with the warranty company now and reviewing past reviews. It matches all other appliances in my kitchen re-design so I'm a bit stuck. Hope it will get fixed correctly this time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’re very sorry to hear of your Appliance concerns. As you mentioned, you are currently under an extended warranty. In purchasing extended service coverage, you are contracting with and delegating authority to that provider in lieu of the manufacturer. You will want to review your contract and discuss your options further with the plan administrator who holds your contract, as they will be able to provide you with the best assistance possible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for extra food storage and for drinks. Would be nice if the internal divider was adjustable so that there is more flexibility in size of items that fit.
If we open both drawers at the same time the entire unit tips over. Not happy about this.

Very Versatile
