Not worth the price

I've had these for almost a year now, and have fallen in and out of love with them. Altogether, they're good headphones, but not good enough to warrant the price.
First, and most noticeably, the ear pads are far too thin. The hard plastic of the headphones will end up pressing against your ear. For extended listening, that ends up being really uncomfortable. I have to take them off and switch to other headphones often. Harman Kardon doesn't seem to sell replacement pads, either. What's the point of removable pads if you can't buy a replacement?
The bluetooth takes away from sound quality a bit (too be expected), and sometimes loses its connection, especially outside. When the connection is lost, they sometimes start shrieking—a high-pitched tone at top volume until you hold the power button (1... 2... 3...) and disconnect from the source.
The battery runs out often because they don't automatically disconnect when not in use. They'll stay connected and slowly die through the night if you don't remember to power down after taking them off.
The cord that plugs into them is a mini audio cable (this is the charging cable, too), which is hard to replace—especially the usb to mini audio wire.
Again, the biggest issue is comfort. Otherwise, the sound is pretty good, the buttons work, etc. But I get both better sound and comfort with a $99 pair of Sennheisers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect sound, qualities and features.

I bought this last Dec 2013 and really love it compared to other headphone. Worth buying and you get your money's worth. Sound quality is so clear and the base is not distorted.

I got this with an amazing deal directly from HK. The sound is amazing as well as the fact that the battery life is nearly 40 hours!! I truly love my set!

Excellent Sound

I purchased these to have a pair of headphones without a cord. My other pair are the Bowers and Wilkins P7 and I like these just as much as those when I want bluetooth I do not have to sacrifice sound.

Finally! Over-ear bluetooth with great sound

I've been searching for bluetooth headphones for ages. I've in-ear and on-ear, but I really prefer over-ear headphones. These are not only the only over-ear BT ones I've found, but they're great to boot! They block noise quite well (tested on the subway in NYC on my daily commute), have decent bass and overall good sound. They haven't cut out at all due to BT issues like most other ones I've tried, the battery life is great and they fold flat so I can keep them in my bad all the time. I haven't used this feature yet, but I'm glad it's available: if the battery dies, they still work as wired headphones. Most others don't.
I knocked these one star on design because if you wear them while walking, sometimes one of the main plastic ear-pieces moves up and down slightly. When it hits the metal frame, it makes a clunk sound. Pushing it up or down a bit fixes the issue.

Really Clean Sound

I don't believe you can't get this quality of sound with speakers unless you spend lots and lots of money. Even then, the room acoustics are always a challenge. These HK BT are over the ear and block out most local noise. They have really clean mid-range and highs. The 40mm drivers produce un-believably clean lows. Best I've ever listened to.
Cons, heavy frames, tight over ear fit causes some fatigue after hours of listening. No auto power off when no signal present so if you forget to power down the rechargeable battery will be dead next time you go to use the.
