Perfect size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since buying a 82 inch TV a few months ago I have been having a hard time finding a stand that was big enough to hold it. This one says it is only for up to 80 inch but I figured I would try it. It works great for my slightly larger TV and I am very happy with it. It is very sturdy and has plenty of room for other stuff too. It did take my husband a while to put together but he said it was easy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wider than my new 85-inch TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A couple months ago, I upgraded my TV from a 70-inch to an 85-in. The original TV stand that was there before with the old TV look fine until I upgraded the TV. Now the old TV stand look odd under the new/bigger TV, so it was time for another upgrade. This new TV stand looks great. I love the dark color wood. What I love most about this new TV stand is how wide it is. It now wider than the new TV and because of this, we now have more storage space which is a win, win! Now for the assemble, the TV Stand came in 1 box. I laid out all the parts before I attempted to assemble, which I think took at least 2 hours. When I was more than half was thru assembling the TV stand, I notice one of the board pieces was scratched. I believe this scratch happened at the factory and not during transit because all the wood pieces were well packaged inside the box. A metal object that could have cause this scratch, were all packed inside a smaller box found within the packaged. It was a bit upsetting but what can I do? Dissemble the thing, re-box it, and then haul the heavy box back to return it? They provide a tiny tube of wood glue to use with the wood dowel when assembling but it was not enough. There were 64 wood dowels in total (128 holes that needed glue). Luckily, I had Gorilla wood glue laying around. Because I used the Gorilla glue, I would have damaged the TV stand even further if I attempted to disassemble it, so I made the decision to continue with the assembly. Once, I was done, I as happy with how it looked minus the scratches. The package did provide a bunch of cover sticker that are used to cover all the metal screw lock. I did used this on the damage area to cover the scratches. You cannot tell it sticker is there unless you know what you are looking for, so I guess it work out.

I am vey happy with this purchase. It is not the best quality of wood laminate as it looks like it could peel in the future, but it still looks like quality wood and I will take care it to keep it that way. I have a cushion on top and placed it next to a wide window where my cats can look outside. They like it too.
