[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is using this as a functioning computer desk and it is an excellent size for that purpose. The desktop is just the keyboard and mouse, then the upper section is accommodating 2 monitors. Perfect for this use and looks good, too!

The parts screw together easily but it doesn’t take some time as the desk has many features. It has a 2 very generous drawers and tons of space. Perfect as an office or writing desk.

Beautiful and Small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say "metal and wood" is a bit of a stretch. Metal, yes; wood, maybe. The #1 thing to know about this desk is that the rustic look is not from real wood, but rather a laminate. The laminate is VERY, VERY thin. I use the desk as a daily workspace, usually working from a laptop. My laptop is quite small and has little rubber feet on it, but I accidentally let the corner of my laptop scrape across the desk. The laminate is PAPER THIN, not durable AT ALL, and came right off, leaving white scratches in its wake. Strangely, because the desk is designed to look rustic, it doesn't look terrible even with the scratches, but is absolutely not what I would have expected. To call it a laminate, or even a finish, is a stretch. The "finish" is basically a photo-realistic piece of paper that is somehow affixed to the desk.
LOVE the desk, If you're looking for something simple that will not look perfect forever, this is the desk for you.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This desk is a great starter desk or even a desk to be used as a vanity. It's a beautiful ash color, with 2 drawers and cubbies on top. My box didn't come with the center divider so I have one large opening, still very functional. Perfect height and size for smaller areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This had more little pieces to put together than anything I've ever built. However, it is labeled better and has better instructions than anything I've ever built. I am pretty proficient putting together furniture and this took me at least 2 hours. The drawers and every other piece does have to be assembled but I was very impressed at how well labeled everything was. The instructions also went one step at a time and didn't make you stare at them to decipher and try to figure out what was going on. They were very clear and easier to follow. I wish the hex key they sent was longer so I could have a better grip. My fingertips are pretty sore but overall I am very happy with it.
It is kind of a weird height. I think I measured the writing surface to be about 33". Another desk that we have that feels right is about 28". At 33" it's still is a very usable surface and an office chair still fits, it just took some getting used to when I would sit down to use it and we are all pretty tall.
This looks great, I love the color and the drawers and extra shelf just look a lot nicer than cheaper self-assembled furniture.
