Missing part and extra part

I am missing part #4 therefore I can’t put the table together without it. I was given two #3 pieces of wood and should have only received one. I was not given wood piece #4. I would like to speak to someone about getting the #4 wooden piece as I’d like to keep the table and don’t want to return it.
The table looks really nice and has a good color. If your business can correct the issue then I’d be happy to give this a 5 Star rating!

Directions

These are some of the best directions I've had in awhile. The only thing I missed was the the glue. Just a suggestion move the directions to the secure wood dowels to the steps.
