Disappointing- missing bench

My daughter received this for Christmas and unfortunately it seems that whomever packaged it up put the same bench in twice rather than two opposite benches the feet are meant to have a longer part to go into the floor and one side to clip to the side of the train but I have received two of the same chairs so I can’t clip one in. Rather annoying that this has happened and as it’s a gift it now isn’t being sold in the toy shop it originally came from. @mattel can you send a replacement chair or advise what can be done in this situation!
