Great productivity laptop with unfortunate flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am happy. The display and keyboard are best of class. I consider myself a power user with adobe indesign and acrobat, spreadsheets, word, outlook, and 10 - 20 websites always open. But there are some unfortunate glaring oversites. 1) the battery life is horrible. i mean really bad. so if that is really important to you, don't get the 4k screen. 2) the mouse pad feels a little cheap - i use an external mouse 3) the sound from the computer is not that great 4) for the occasional game, performance isn't that great - you won't get 60fps 4k - you'll have to drop down to 30fps. 5) value. this is an expensive laptop compared to the usual suspects. the keyboard and screen quality were most important to me. i am hoping that the build quality will help with longevity but that is unknown at this time (only had the laptop for a few months).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great computer overall using high memory and graphics programs. There is an odd sleep thing it does every once in awhile And I cant wake it up and the programs sometimes need restarting after a long day of high use multi-tasking. I am not sure if its the recent noticeable unstability of programs or if its a hardware issue. I had to use the generation 3 docking station as the gen 2 did not provide the 170w charging the computer needs. Its a beautiful, light and compact computer and I am very happy with it overall. I did buy a second one for an employee to use as well.
