[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good laptop. I ordered the option w/ i9-10885 vPro, 64G Ram, NVIDA 4G graphics, Touch 4K display, & 2TB HD. Great price point when I purchased. Overall the laptop is a 3.7 out of 5. Very high marks for build quality and portability for a 15" laptop (5). I use the laptop for video editing purposes; I am a little disappointed in it's overall performance for the i9 processor (3). The EXTREME replaced a 2020 HP Envy 15" w/ 32GB Ryzen 4700U laptop I purchased backing July, but I'm only seeing a marginal improvement in performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was relieved when I received this laptop that it is indeed fairly lightweight. Delivery issue (lost chain of custody) was UPS's fault, not Lenovo's. Hardware and Win install were as expected. Minor issues were mostly documentation and par for the industry: installing with the latest Ubuntu didn't recognize external monitor due to default selection of open-source rather than NVIDIA driver; initial research led to red herrings bc the X1 *Carbon* apparently had HDMI issues - a current common Linux install issue doc for this model would have been great. Similarly, wouldn't it be great if Lenovo shipped a hardening guide with its laptops, describing default choices and their security tradeoffs? I didn't keep track of the config changes I had to make, but they were numerous, and it could have been much more efficient with doc.

The camera has a built in cover that is very nice for privacy. The keyboard is one of the best I have ever typed on. Very happy with the purchase!
