Terrible quality - second model that fails (screen for both and seemingly also SSD for the second)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very solid value and very capable laptop. Battery life is very good and everything works as advertised so far. It is slightly heavier than others in its class but as it is a small business focused unit that is not an issue.
