Good but had battery issues

It works fine, vacuums nicely. Mopping is ok, does leave some dry spots. It vacuums upstairs with three rooms with carpets nicely, recently it was unable to finish vacuuming due to low battery.
Had recent issues with battery, not charging properly. It doesn’t come to charging dock automatically, keep hovering around charging dock confused.

The worst vacuum

This is 4th vacuum in my house. It is the worst.
So many problems. Sent back for services twice in 10 months.

Battery doesn't last long vs other 3 in other floors. My house is 2750 feet, two floor above ground. Only this one can cover 70% of the floor. Rest 3 can finish job, use 60% of the battery.
Stuck everywhere, even floor transition strips. Map need rest every weeks.
Cannot mop. Doesn't dispensing water. I sent it back, they forgot return my water tank.
Don't buy it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love it!

This little robot does a great job for us every day. It's been a week now and it has improved out quality of life already. We have pets and kids so clean carpet doesn't last more than a day normally. Now we come home to a clean floor after work, it's wonderful. We opted for the extended warranty just incase. We clean the filter daily and keeping the spinner underneath clean seems important as we had stuff and women's hair wrapped all around it. We haven't yet tried the mop function. Each day except for today it had to recharge at about 90% through its map. I also turned up the suction power for the cat hair. It sure is nice that it can go under beds and dressers to clean without having to move furniture. The initial setup wasn't too hard and the app works well. So far so good!
I would recommend this to a friend!
