[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This phone is fantastic. I've loaded more apps than I ever have onto it. It's become my central communication hub in my life. I play games, order food from mobile apps, research things and keep in touch with the world. It's by far the best phone I've had so far.

Touch Screen is Horrible

This is the worst phone I have had in a long time. Finger print reader never works correctly, even without a tempered glass and increased sensitivity setting on. I get multiple screen shots taken while the phone is in my pocket (even with accidental touch protection on). This is the worst setup for taking screenshots. When I try the swipe thing it just adjusts the screen. It also frequently skips songs when in my pocket with I am listening to music. Probably the last Samsung for me. Back to Moto.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

worst samsung phone I have ever owned

I have had this phone for about 3 months and I hate it. I consider my old S5 and S7 better phones. About the only thing going for it is the camera, and battery life. Every time the phone resets it's self I have to go back in and adjust settings, such as screen brightness and volume. spell check and voice text leave a lot to desire. I dislike Bixby and wish I could delete the app but you can't. I don't have the screen sensitivity for use with screen protector, which I have but when doing things on the phone the screen will change on it's own. the auto rotation is not as good as my old S7 Oh and smart lock is a joke.. I have my home set as a safe place . In some areas it works like it should but go to other areas as soon as I put it down it locks
