Not bad if you can stand the smell

It does clean the dishes pretty well. I do rinse first and use Finish tabs.
It does smell terrible however! I guess it's the plastic inside. I thought after a few washes it would go away. No, it's still smells like chemicals and plastic after about 2 months.

We appreciate you leaving a review for your Hotpoint dishwasher. The processes used during manufacturing may often leave a "newness" odor that may not dissipate until after several washing cycles. You can help alleviate this smell by running the dishwasher through several cycles using detergent.

It's a good dishwasher cleans well, but the only problem I have with it is it doesn't completely dry off the dishes when it's done

I bought this couple months ago and 2 prongs have already broken. Some dishes don’t get clean with full load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

1 cycle only..... High Heat , Heavy Wash..........

I bought this for my Son who has custody of my 2 Grandsons= 4 males in my Home and this Dishwasher is simple. Only has the High Heat, Heavy wash Option, which is exactly what a Man needs that does a lot of cooking.
