Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this dish washer because I needed a new one and it works great it gets the job done like it's supposed to and it makes all my dishes looks so much cleaner then my other one if I ever have to buy another dish washer I will be buying another one just like this

Issues already

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I just received the Hotpoint dishwasher. When it was delivered, first thought, it's big and looks nice. Then I opened the door, great size, large racks, but it had condensation in it. It came with the parts to hook it up, but hot water doesn't work. We did everything correctly, so I'm not sure, but we're working on it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's nice to hear that you like the size and appearance of your new dishwasher! We are sorry that you saw some condensation inside the unit and that you're having trouble getting the hot water to work properly. This would be upsetting, we can certainly understand that.
Dishwashers are tested at the factory before they are shipped. So, it's normal to see some water inside the tub.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this dishwasher. Super easy to use with just one button. It was very easy to install. I was worried about it not having all the other features of other dishwashers but it does a great job. Very quiet. I absolutely love this dishwasher.

Only one speed--heavy duty

Landlord purchased this! Just okay! All plastic, hard to start it and takes a long time to clean!

Hello there - Thank you so much for sharing your feedback here. We're sorry that this dishwasher is hard to start and that it's taking a long time to clean your dishes. This would be discouraging, we know.
There are actually two wash cycles to choose from: Heavy Duty and Everyday. You can activate a heavy-duty wash cycle for the dirtiest loads by pressing the wash button twice, or activate an everyday cycle for normal loads by pressing the wash button once.
For this model, longer cycle times are considered normal order to ensure the best wash and dry performance. We apologize if this causes any inconveniences, though.
As for the unit being hard to start, we'll let our design team know about that. It's important to them to consider the insights of our consumers when designing future models - thanks again for sharing your thoughts with us.

I have had this appliance for a short period of time. Nonetheless, I am exceedingly pleased with it’s presentation, it simplistic operable application and overall performance. Thus far very, very pleased with its performance!!!!

Great easy use does a good job

I had a fancy digital dishwasher that didnt work for a while, this has only one function but is so easy to use and gets the dishes clean on the press of a button. I dont like the while color so much but at least it whipes clean easily.
