A simple and very good entry level dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dishwasher finally stopped working so we decided to get this GE dishwasher with front controls as all our appliances are GE and we have been quite satisfied with the brand.
We usually hand wash everything and only use our dishwasher once a week when we have people over and have a lot of dishes to wash so we decided to get the most simple model. This model definitely does not come with all the bell and whistles when it comes to programming but it is perfect for our needs.
There are only 3 modes, one hour mode, the normal mode which last for about 90 minutes and the heavy duty mode.
When it comes to performance, the dishwasher left everything very clean and dry after the cycle.
All in all, we are satisfied with our new GE dishwasher. It is an entry level model and the material used cannot be compared to a high end model but it perfectly suits our needs and gets a 5 out of 5 score from us.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Basic and loud

But unfortunately It ended up being quite basic, although a good value for the money. And it is very loud when running the dishes. Overall a decent dishwasher just wish it was a whole lot quieter.

It just makes it so much easier. It is very spacious inside and I live the caddy for the utensils. My dishes and everything else came out spotless.

GE is a good, trusted brand & does not disappoint

I was looking for a traditional, reliable dishwasher from a trusted brand and did not need all the extra "bells and whistles" - just something to replace a 15 year old appliance that would get the job done. The GE Dishwasher with Front Controls gets the job done and more. It has a nice large capacity, it is really quiet - so much in fact that a couple of times I have had to actually feel the dishwasher to make sure it was running. I trust GE to provide a good quality product at a competitive price and I am very happy with this product.

Reliable dishwasher that gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a traditional, basic dishwasher from a trusted brand and did not want extra bells and whistles - just reliable performance to get the job done. I received a GE Dishwasher with Front Controls in exchange for my use and honest review. This model has a larger capacity than some dishwashers of the same size and I have found it very quiet. There is an extra heavy duty cycle that helps dishes come out spotless. The instruction manual is easy to follow and a great reference. The stainless steel door panel is easy to clean. GE has always been a good trusted brand and I love this dishwasher.
Some models come equipped with the new Ultra Fresh System with Microban® Antimicrobial Technology, which aims to reduce the growth of bacteria into the high-contact touchpoints, including handles, control panel, rack handles, silverware cell covers and the filtration system, and is said to help prevent 99% of bacteria on treated surfaces for the lifetime of the dishwasher. Also, a new first-of-its-kind UltraFresh System™ for dishwashers is available on some models that helps to stop the causes of odor by pulling in fresh air and water in between cycles.
I trust GE's reputation for quality and affordability and am very happy with this dishwasher.

This dishwasher is a good size for a bigger family and it is easy to fit all our dishes in at one time. I would recommend this dishwasher to anyone.
