Not the same...

They sold a previous version of this scent a few years back on QVC, which I loved! It became my absolute favorite. I was excited to see it on the website again and ordered it. This one is definitely NOT the same and nowhere near being one of my favorites. It’s just ok. I’m finding more and more scents are starting to smell similar and let’s not fail to mention, some of the formulas look like water instead of the cloudy, milky consistency I grew to know over the years. According to the “original” heavy doody bottle, which yes, I still have, it was Neroli, Sandalwood and Sea Salt. PLEASE, re-issue that scent.

This is some strong stuff! The smell is rough and strong. I don’t think it smells woodsy. It smells like wood and kind of wet wood and citrus. However, it does cover almost all to all of my doody smell. With stomach issues and having really extremely smelly doody, it works phenomenally! I will recommend this to those that the original doesn’t work as well. I may not be crazy about the smell but I am crazy about the covering of my doody since air freshener doesn’t ever cover my smell, kind of just mixes. I still recommend all poo pourri. Scents are really based upon what you like with the others. However, I have found a couple of those work better than others too. Keep up the great work of poo pourri staff!

We always use Poo~Pourri and when I saw these new heavy-duty ones I thought it would be funny to get. Man, I regret it. Everyone complains when they use it. It smells terrible! Like a cooking seasoning of some kind, something, just not pine or anything nice. It is not pleasant at all and although it does do the trick of masking any poo smell, it also just smells terrible itself. Terrible!!

I received my order a few days ago. I love love love the Flush Down! I swear I could wear it as a body fragrance! I had only tried the Original scent before. And thank you for the hand sanitizer gift!
But... as well as I am usually able to predict if I will like a scent or not, the Heavy Doody was not-so-good. Like really not-so-good. It is so well-made that the scent lingered for quite some time... Ugh...!
Cedarwood, Pine, & Citrus are actually some of my favorite essential oils so I was quite surprised that I am not able to bear this scent.
But! I reached out to Poo~Pourri to inquire about an exchange! Before I knew it they had sent a replacement scent! Trap-a-Crap is great and I am so pleased by the uncomplicated, friendly, & prompt response and solution!
I will definitely continue to purchase and I have already told friends about the great product and customer service experience!

I really dislike this scent. It makes me feel ill. I would return it if I could. There is a burning undertone that lingers. The whole scent really lingers. I could smell it on my clothes long after using it. I will be careful in my scent choices. I don't think it smelled like pine or cedar. I genuinely like both of those scents.

I stink

My byproduct will make a grown man cry. My eyes used to water up every time I would visit my poop deck but no longer thanks to the superior strength of Heavy Doody. So nice to get up after doing business and not have a lingering smell follow me around like the ghost of dumpmas past. Hello freshness, goodbye tattletale smell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love poopourri but not this one. . .

The smell isn't terrible but it is not really a pleasant one. Unfortunately you can still smell the poo smell. Even with extra sprays. Even my husband commented that he's not a fan of the smell and it doesn't seem to work like other scents we had. I got it for him for a Father's day gift because he's a carpenter and the packaging was appropriate. Won't buy this scent again.

Now a Must Have at Home

This holiday, I got every one of my family members a bottle of Poo-pourri as a fun stocking stuffer in hopes that 2021 would not stink for them. Everyone thought it was a funny little joke until they used it. I have been asked to reorder various bottles for every household. I've reordered 3 times! We are officially a Poo-Pouri family - both sides - every bathroom - 8 households! Keep up the great work, scents and specials. :-)
