I have had it for a week. It took over a week before it shipped. Had to contact FedEx to ship it as it sat at a hub for a few days. The screen is blinking when i wiggle it, may haver to send it back but nnot sure yet. No where to plug in device from camera to look at pictures. No cd drive.

For work I have been using the G5 version and I was so impressed with the light weight and just ease with the system works. That I went looking for the upgrade and found this beast that is a beauty. The computer came poorly packaged. The box in which the computer was packaged was greatly oversized and it slide around in the box due to insufficient bubble wrap.. At the present time, it has "frozen" more than 6 times since I booted it up and installed the software and Google 2019. I would appreciate a service call to determine if I have all the software needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The laptop is a solid performer. I really like how the case looks and feels. My only complaint is with the touchpad. It insists that my thumb is a right click instead of a left click even after disabling the two finger right click.
