I have bought hundreds of totes from Rubbermaid, all of the orders filled and delivered as promised. However, they have been out of the 18 gallon totes the last 2 months and my last order of 14 gallon totes came in 3 separate shipments with no communication from Rubbermaid. This was somewhat frustrating. Overall, the service and product is acceptable.

I like the durability,stackabilityand quality of the Roughneck storage box. It lasts much longer than any other brand. It costs a little more, but worth it.
