10 gallon totes

I bought 4 Roughneck totes from Walmart about 2 years ago and I use them to hold heavy wire, and things that can be coiled up. I stack them on top of each other. they are tough and durable. I need more of them but cannot find them. Sure wish I could!

I have been searching for more of these, as they are the only ones that stand up to the pressure of stuff stacked on them, they're durable in cold weather, the lids stay on tight and they stack nicely when not in use! So bummed I can't find them as I am packing stuff to store and need more!

Recently purchased 8 of the 14 Gallon roughnecks for camping and storage.
Expected to receive product similar to what I have had, and used for years.
Instead, I received product that looks and feels like the "other brand" that is very thin, brittle and cheap. It is sad that the competition has forced RubberMaid to take such action. Have always been a very dedicated customer of RubberMaid products.
Not sure if I can remain same ....... so sad...

Can’t find them anywhere! I like them so much!

We have been buying roughnecks for decades. The originals we ought are still being used and are in great shape. Now though, I can’t buy them anywhere! The stores carry Huffy, Sterlite and other brands. Not even close to the quality of roughnecks! Why can’t we find them anywhere, anymore?

We use the 10 gallon (and a few 3 gallon) roughneck totes for our small farm. They're sturdy and hold heavy produce, fit in our fridge, and are easy to carry. For months (Jan-July 2018) I've looked at multiple Home Depot locations for more and they're nowhere to be found!! Finally found a few at Orchard Supply but I need more. Having bin continuity is critical - regardless of age all the 10 gal lids fit on all the 10 gal bins so we don't have to chase down the specific lid for each bin. The other brands sold locally are either too flimsy or too hardcore/ridged/bulky, or they won't fit in our fridge. Our bins usually start cracking around the handles before the lids show wear but we use them constantly. Makes sense that people who pack, stack, and store them would have lid failure first.

The 10 gallon totes at home depot were my go to. I designed my work van around these so I can grab different tools and supplies depending on the type of job I'm doing. Please bring these back they were the best.

Like others that have commented we store and ship all of our produce in 10 and 14 gallon Roughneck totes. If you discontinued them that is foolish of you as your competition's stuff, esp. Sterlite is brittle and cracks and is not UV resistant

Cancelled item. Only breakable totes made now....

So they don't want to make reliable and strong totes anymore. They want to make ones that break often, so you have to buy more often. Why else would they cancel and item that people buy and love. --- They figure they will make more making breakable items than making quality items. One more company down the drain.
