dimensions not accurate

Product is great but product dimensions are not the sizing at the bottom of the container ; they merely reflect the opening at the top of the container , therefore won't fit items that would be accomodated by the so called size because of tapering of the container from top to bottom .

The Roughneck Storage Box is fantastic. We bought these years ago and they are still holding up. The are very sturdy and strong. They stack on one another just perfect. Very long- lasting.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great container, poor lid.

I have a dozen 18 gal. containers for xmas storage. Containers have held up well, but the lids on half have broken up after 6 years storage. Obviously a different material was used. I can't find a source for replacement lids.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great storage boxes ;but lids do not last;crack

Bought 70-86L roughneck storage boxes throughout the years and now finding 36 of the 70 with cracked LIDS. Very dissappointed and would like replacements.

Why are you not selling these?!

I have a business that deals with leather and canvas products and I use these to store 100% of my materials, from brass hardware to bolts of #10 cotton duck. Now I find that you are seemingly no longer provide these bins online or in stores?. HDX, Husky, and Sterilite will crack and break in cold weather, are not near durable enough and will not stand up to YEARS of re stacking or travel! We even use your roughneck trash cans to store rolls of leather, I would greatly recommend bring back these items or at least producing a product similar to it!

I absolutely love the 18 gallon roughneck totes. I have been slowly replacing all of my totes with these and now I'm completely dismayed by this news. Why get rid of a good thing?? Please say it ain't so!!

Roughneck-Consider returning to production!

My local Home Hardware told me Rubbermaid discontinued this item. I have been using them for 20 years. I have never found anything comparable durability wise. Now I have confirmed that Rubbermaid has discontinued them. I'm a client that will continue purchasing them if you re-consider. Does Rubbermaid have an alternative yet?
