Since the name had “cream” in it and many reviews mentioned how creamy it was, I thought it was like one of those K-cups that already have the added cream in them. It’s not. You will need to add your own cream/milk. Other than that, it’s OK. It doesn’t have a very strong hazelnut flavor and it’s also not very strong. I prefer the plain brew over ice and just adding my own flavored creamer.

This is a new product to try for my family and I. We have not tried it over ice yet, but it is a good medium roast coffee with a lighter tone. Definitely a great choice for summer!

Medium Roast Coffee, Flavorful...Give Me A Break!!

I'm thinking that the 4 and 5 star ratings on this coffee might be because of the lack of taste buds on the part of the reviewers. I have bought a large amount of coffee from Keurig in the last year, and this coffee is a complete zero. I have tried 4 Kcups, all the same result of lack of Hazelnut flavor, and a bitter almost dark roast taste consistent. Even the GM underlying coffee did not save this one. I am basically a medium roast drinker with some light roast flavored coffee consuming over 100 k-cups per month, and this one doesn't fit any category that can be viewed positive A very strong stay away if you don't like bitter coffee.
