Awesome, except seal on bottle top while 'fizzing' is a little problematic. Work around is to pull down slightly while 'fizzing' and then seems to work OK.

It tastes flat, no matter how many times I press the fizz button

I was really excited to get this, but I have been unable to make an enjoyable bottle of sparkling water. It always tastes flat, and the little bubbles that are there, are gone before I can drink the entire glass. I am very disappointed.

Old machine broke down

After 7yrs or first machine has finally given up .
Now waiting on delivery of or next .
This has been a great addition no more plastic bottle waste and Tonic water when needed.

Works For Me

A rough start because the pictorial instructions mistakenly showed to screw the cylinder clockwise. It's counter clockwise.
The colder the water the better the fizz. I now can tailor my soft drinks to my liking. I actually like the diet Dr Pete better than the name brand similar soda. Honestly. If you're not getting good results you are probably not doing some little thing right. Or the machine, rarely, might be defective. Call them. Be nice about it, no need to be a jerk.
I'll have one of these until death do us part.

Not as fizzy as I anticipated

I’m not sure if I like the product yet or have it down how to use it properly. But I am having a hard time actually getting my drink to be really sparkly. A lot of the time it’s just flat with a hint of bubbles. Not sure if I got a bad product because my bottle doesn’t seem to really hook into the machine to get the Co2 to stay in the bottle. Every time I use it the bottle pops out and isn’t getting what it needs to make it bubbly.
