Bubly smells nice, but the taste is disappointing

Purchased a Bubly syrop for my Soda Stream. Had a nice scent, but almost zero taste when using the recommended amount. Had to use about 3x the amount to get any flavour. Not cost effective. Other Soda Stream syrops (NOT Bubly) were far better. Actually, those squirt flavours you get in grocery stores are even better and FAR cheaper. So far, all Bublys I tried smelled nice, but had little to no flavour. If that's what you want, the scent of "something", but the taste of Club Soda, then Bubly is for you. However, if you'd prefer to taste something other than carbonated water, then just about anything else is better including Tang & Kool-Aid.

Not in love with it.

I love the color, not the functionality. No instructions are included and although I looked them up I never feel like I’m doing it correctly. I also don’t think I get same fizz from this model that I get from the one touch at our other house.

Not as good as electric version

Manual system does not produce full sparkling like store bought. Electric system is much better. I gave manual system to my son for college and ordered electric.

I was very disappointed I used the ginger ale flavor and didn't care for it at all. Tasted nothing like ginger ale! I bought the berry I will give that a try.

The water is totally flat (even after troubleshooting the Co2) and the drops leave a really weird aftertaste. Not impressed.

Great appliance

I purchased the Fizzi to replace the first edition Soda Stream maker I had for years. The device is a lot more compact and much easier to use. The natural flavors are great - grapefruit is my personal favorite. It tastes like the "La Croix pampelmousse" at a fraction of the price and of course no schlepping from the store.

Awesome product!!

I have no complaints—it’s really an excellent combo of items. If I had to change one thing, maybe the Bubly-designed bottle wouldn’t be purple, as once the included mix runs out, it doesn’t make sense.
This really is life changing (from a sparkling water addict)! The taste is awesome, and I feel way better about less waste.
