Customer Service was great!

Our initial machine came and was faulty. It was continuously letting gas out instead of stopping itself after every burst. We called customer service and had to wait about 10 minutes before someone answered. But once we got a hold of someone they were amazing! We got a replacement within a few days and a box with the label to return the old cartridge safely! The new machine functions perfectly and we are loving it! The bubly flavors are an added bonus! They taste just like the canned ones but now we’re helping our environment by using reusable plastic! This was all around a win for us!

Bought this for my wife because she enjoys Bubly carbonated water. She loves it! She determines the amount of CO2 and flavor. Simple, easy to use. And it was available in a color which matched her kitchen. An excellent product, good job Sodastream!

I bought this SodaStream on a whim - mostly because I love Bubly. I drink at least 72oz of sparkling water a day, and it seemed like all those empty cans were taking up space in my garage until I could recycle. ENTER THE SODASTREAM! This unit came with a nice, big 1Liter bottle, so I am not opening can after can. This unit is getting A LOT of use, and I feel silly for waiting for so long to purchase!!

Never had a problem drinking water, but Fizzi makes it taste better to me. Have had the Fizzi for over a year...easy to use...no problems. Highly recommended!
