MISLEADING! SCAM!

I am one more customer disappointed with the panels offer. This is the appealing feature of the fridge! So stay true to your word and your offers. We want the panels options!! And please don't reply with "To get updates regarding the availability of the top panel in black charcoal glass that you wish to purchase, we recommend reaching out to our Samsung Parts Team at (800) 627-4368." I don't want to call a number, I don't want to be put on hold and then be told "we don't know when." Just give us all the information. And send us all an email with the truth and the real update of when we could buy those panels. Oh wait, let me guess, they'll probably come back in stock when the coupon expires, correct? Stop misleading customers!

Customer service is useless

For all of you having troubles with their customers service. File a complaint with Better Business Bureau! After I did that they immediately solved my issue. I spent 10+ hours trying to solve it over messages, phone and nothing happened. A week after my complaint on BBB my money was returned.

Good luck being able to get panels

I like the fridge, but one of the features that drew me to this particular model was the panel promotion and customization. I already had compromised on the original purchase, because they only had one panel color/option available. Now, I can't even get the panels I want to customize my fridge. Everything but stainless steel is not available in my area!!! So frustrating. What a way to make money, Samsung. Get the product sold with the offer of a rebate, but never have the items available, so the rebate doesn't get used.

Don't buy unless you get the color panels you want WITH the refrigerator! As a fridge, I love it. But, I've had all the same problems with getting the color panel I wanted. We bought it in boring grey and was told we could just order the navy steel to match the bespoke stove we bought too. The problem is, the blue steel panels have not been available on our area for 18 months now and now they aren't even listed on the website as an option!

White glass is NOT white, but it is pretty.

We bought new panels for our 4 door flex fridge, which we love! But beware, the white glass is NOT white. It’s slightly gray or off white.
I would recommend this to a friend!

FREE PANEL OFFER SCAM

We purchased this refrigerator for the Customization ability and the ALLURE of the free 4 panels offer only to be STILL not able to find availability of them!!!! You advertise this “CUSTOMIZABLE REFRIGERATOR” and throw in a free panel offer only to not make good on it. We have an approval for the offer and a Certificate number to redeem but what good is that if there is NO AVAILABILITY. I agree with another customer who believes this is a SCAM and FRAUDULENT and that the availability of these panels will not be until the offer expires. Keep in mind my refrigerator is QUITE expensive as I purchased the full screen tablet with AI. I will be registering a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as Consumer Affairs in regards to this matter and will point out to both the list of other customers you have done this to as well. UNACCEPTABLE!
