Bevel takes shaving to another level !

This is the first safety razor I used. I am glad I read the instructions in the box before shaving. Thanks to to those instructions, I got the closet shave I ever gotten at home ! I used it this morning and got a close shave just using the soft and gentle strokes recommended. It was so smooth and painless, I thought it was doing thing until I saw on the hair in the razor and accidentally niked my ear ( yeah the blade was sharp and working - lol !) I did not feel any irritation during or after shaving. Now this evening my skin feels soft, smooth, no stubble, no irritation , no razor bumps !!
Kudos to Bevel ! Bevel takes shaving to another level !
I had used a Gillette Mach 3 in the past. Razor bumps were an issue if the blade was not sharp. The Bevel system required me the slow down but there is far less irritation. Bevel products overall are a better value than Art of Shaving.
I purchased the safety razor, razor blades, and pre-shave oil for my girlfriend, because she was having issues with razor bumps. Turns out, I made the right decision, because she loves them and her razor bump issues has been resolved!
Great product. Started using you all instead of Harrys. Shave is much cleaner and irritation and in grown hairs have gone by the wayside. The brochure with shaving directions helps a ton. Truly seems like you care about a good shave. I now have the entire shaving set and can't use anything else
This was only my first time shaving with the Bevel and only the third time I used a safety razor after changing from from 40 years of cartridge shaving.
I did get a noticeable cut in the mustache area and a small chin nick, which I attributed to rookie mistakes: insufficient lather on my shave brush, not re-lubricating and going over the chin and mustache to excess.
The second shave should be better and the great Bevel shaving stand can hold two razors if you also use the brush holder (minus the brush).
I hope the photos attach as I own two Bevels which I call "The Bevel Twins."
