Look and Weight was lovely but not a close shave

but I was shaving and i was in the shower and it fell out of my hand and hit the floor and the head broke from the stem..can you send a replacement?

I been looking to get the Bevel Safety Razor and I finally have it. My experience with the razor was comfortable,smooth, effortless. I get a close shave and when hair grow back I'm not getting a lot ingrown hairs. So far so good. I truly enjoy my Bevel Sa
