Oven spontaneously turns off!

My beautiful stove was installed May 19. The first time I used it (in June because we were traveling) the oven preheated, stayed at temp about 5 minutes, then shut itself off. We’ve had two companies look at it for warranty work. One of them came today and ‘repaired it’. Tonight after preheating, staying at temp for about 15 minutes, it shut off. Oh, and the striker on the burners ‘strike’ when the oven is on. So frustrating! We will be calling the service company in the morning…hoping for a quick re-repair!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great range - very loud fan

We love our new range - it cooks great! The stovetop and the ovens are easy to control and the oven definitely cooks the best cookies! One concern I have is that the fan that kicks on with the oven is SO loud! You can barely hear people over it. Is there a way to turn this down?

The ease of use is amazing! Easy to clean, tons of room to cook multiple items, love all the space in ovens, convection oven makes a huge difference when baking and the griddle makes breakfast perfect!!! Everything just tastes better and done to perfection!

Pretty but not completely functional

We ordered this range 8 months ago. It arrived a month ago and was promptly installed. Immediately we noted the “Everyday Oven” light was dysfunctional. It would work fine when the door was open but not when the oven light button was pressed.
We contacted the dealer and after two “investigatory” trips to our home, it was determined the main control for the smaller oven was defective. After a third trip from the repair people and replacement of the board, the same problem exists and so far, no remedy for the issue.
Both ovens burn the bottom of our food in all different pans, from pizza to baked goods to cookies. Everything burns the bottom of the food while the top remains normal baking quality. This is on every shelf in the oven.
We have the counter depth fridge from this same series. It is obnoxiously loud when the compressor kicks on.
These were not our expectations when ordering supposed “high end” appliances for our kitchen remodel. When paying 5 figures money for an appliance, we expected at least normal function if not an exceptional experience. We received neither.

Worth the Wait

This stove is a dream. All our food is coming out better than ever and we are having fun trying out all the features. The timer is not that easy to use and you cannot change the time once it is started.
I would recommend this to a friend!
