Oven limitations

We have had our 36” dual fuel for over a month and have been happy for the most part. The only issue that I’ve noticed is that the oven only goes by 25 degree increments. I bake a lot and sometimes a recipe will call for something like 390 for croissants. Luckily we have a separate wall oven that can accommodate different temperatures. Had I known this weird oven quirk I would have gone with a different manufacturer.

Beautiful Range & Oven

I ordered the range/oven in matte white with copper handle and knobs. It is beautiful and works great! Range top is easy to clean. Oven is a nice size.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Perfect 36" size

So far I am in LOVE with my cooktop/oven!!! I love that the top is gas and the oven is electric. The wok burner is amazing and also good at boiling water quickly. Cooktop is easy to clean once you remove the cast iron grids. Love having 6 different burners to cook various dishes at once. Also, it looks amazing! Nice, simple design but a touch of ruggedness from the gas top. Even allows you to cook when the power is out (which happens often in my rural area). I've used the oven on all different settings and each one is awesome. The temperature prob for meats/roasts is an added bonus! And I enjoy having a digital display (many cooktop/ovens in this size range do NOT have a display).
