Stainless steel has been a learning experience for sure! These pans and pots distribute heat perfectly and look beautiful. We love that they are heavy duty. The issue we are having is discoloring and a white film on the bottom inside.

When I bought these I wasn't sure what to expect being they're my first set of stainless cookware. I have to say I couldn't be happier with them. Theres been a bit of a learning curve but now I can say they heat up quick, clean up easy and are fairly nonstick...glad I went with stainless!

I was hesitant to switch from non-stick to stainless because I find that I have to be more cautious when cooking to not mar the pans. My mom has these pans and loves them, stainless is all she has ever used. Now I am a stainless fan. The quality of Cuisinart is amazing and the pans are attractive.

I love the size of this set, the only complaint I have is that after using it, the bottoms of the pans turn cloudy. There are also black dots on the pans after use.
