I have always used some kind of Teflon based pots and pans. This stainless steel set is refreshing. It Cooks even, and cleans up real easy. Looks great as well. There are so many pieces to it, some I have not tried yet.

Bought the set as a gift for my wife and I. Great looking pans, however, stick resistance is something that should be clarified. We also find the pans hard to cook with... The great heat transfer sill surprise you as you cook. Great for cooking, but will surprise you the first time you use these if you haven't used any like these before.

I bought this several months ago and just opened it to put it away in my "new" kitchen. I purchased it because of the brand - Cuisinart and because I really wanted stainless steel. I love it but would like to know how to "season" the fry pans. I thought they could or should be seasoned so they would be reasonably none stick. I have followed all the instructions that came with the package but have not yet seen or figured out how to season - or if it is possible to do so.
