These have been in the family for years and they are great if you know how to use them. If you are used to "non-stick" pans, these will be very different. You have to use butter or oil to cook and your temperatures will be lower as these pans conduct the heat quite a lot hotter than regular pans. Also, if they start to stick even with the use of butter, et al., you need to follow the instructions for cleaning them. Use Barkeeper's Friend, works like a charm and your omelets won't stick.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They are NOT a non stick pan. No matter how you cook with them everything sticks no matter how low the temperature is they burn!!! I hate them Wish I could return them. I only used 2 pans 1 pan came clean and looks new again but the other one has marks I use my old pans only won’t use them at all used only once and they are the worst!!!!

I purchased this set, honestly, because the brand. I was under the impression the brand meant the pots would be of good quality but unfortunately, as beautiful as they are, the quality isn’t there. The pots are stained and even have black spots and this is after following the cleaning directions. I used the pot, picture here, three times and it looks like it has been used for years.

It’s just okay. Beautiful straight out of the box, but the moment you use them they’re ruined. Yes I know how to use stainless steel, so of course it was hot before cooking the food, yes I also know how to clean it properly after cooking. So this set is just okay, especially now with hot much I’m cooking… they look like I’ve had them for years and it’s only been a couple months.

Absolutely everything sticks to these pans. Potatoes, eggs, you name it - the worst pans I’ve ever had. I’ve tried “seasoning” with oil and cooking in ample amounts of oil. I would not recommend.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the 77-17N stainless-steel set and appreciate you sharing your feedback. Stainless steel requires preheating the pan before adding oil and allowing food to naturally release once properly seared, as adding food too early can cause sticking. We would be happy to walk through detailed cooking tips to help you achieve the best performance from your cookware.
