Very bad experience with this Seller

When I purchase this product, it was to be delivered by Airmail on January 30th but received it by Ground on February 2nd. It is impossible to contact the Seller even BestBuy Support could not reach him. Their Zepp app that you must download from Google Play to make this Amazfit GTS 2e work, but when you try to download it, it says that this application is no more compatible with your Tablet and that this application cannot be optimized for your Tablet, My Tablet is a Samsung Galaxie Tab S4 with Android version10, so there is no excuse except that their engineers needs software lessons. Now tell me, how do I make this watch work, any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. This SmartWatch would be an excellent product if only you can have a software to make it work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
