served me well over the years

I bought the first 3 when I was about to leave for college back in 1991. Served me well. Bought 2 more while I was in college then bought one more when I was starting out. Some of them survived trips on the plane with no problems. I have used them to store everything - here is a pic of two action packers in their current state (others r stored in attic and elsewhere).

Just what I was looking for

the action packer is just what I was looking for , I keep my tools and stuff in 2 24 gallon and 1 48 gallon container and it keeps them from sliding around the bed of my truck

GREAT camping container - I can't say enough

I bought this because we camp often. I have about 6 different totes that have all been vetoed for one reason or the other, but this one is great. In variable weather conditions and untrustworthy campgrounds, this container is perfect! First of all, the lid stays SHUT, which seems to be an impossibility with other containers. It's extremely durable and waterproof with firm sides that won't bulge. You can lock it for day excursions to keep your cookware and stove or other items safe. I bought the large one with rollers and legs on it. The rollers makes transport of the heavy tote a breeze, even for me...a small woman. The legs get it off the wet, muddy ground and make it easy to dig around inside. I wish you had one in the 18 gallon range. I would love something like this for our camp food to keep critters out. The 24 gallon is too big and the 8 gallon is too small. I would buy it today if you did! Definitely recommend. You should market this to every camp store in America.

Great boxes, but missing the mid size

PLEASE BRING BACK THE 15.5 GALON BINS
I have two of the 15.5 gallon action packers in addition to quite a few of the 24 gallon size. I realy like the fact that the two sizes of bins have the same foot print, and use the same lid. the only problem with the 15.5 gallon size, is they are not available. The 24 gallon size is great for light weight items, but quickly become too heavy to safely lift when loaded with heavy items like tools.

I bought the 8 gal Action Packer, and have a great deal of experience with the 35 gal versions. These are used to house research equipment outdoors in remote areas for multiple years at a time. NO ISSUES! The equipment stays dry and even insects mostly don't get in. These are not difficult to ship and can easily be modified according to the equipment needs. Excellent product and I consider them to set the standard in outdoor storage tubs.

Best storage container out there!

Between my friends and I we have dozens of these containers. All are used for camping and hunting gear to quickly go from storage to truck or trailer. However, All of us wish there was a action packer molded after the 24 gallon in same length and width at half the depth.

I purchased four 24 gallon action packers over 15 years ago and now need to replace them. I guess i cant complain I sure got my monies worth. I use them to store my hunting gear, clothes and miscellaneous supplies that need to go with me into the field and then into my garage when the hunt is done. They have held up GREAT and kept my gear dry in the rain and snow and clean while in storage. My son and I have even fabricated racks for the back of our trucks designed to carry 3 action packers to free up bed space for other gear. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND these to anyone who hunts or camps.They might seem a bit pricey but worth every penny.

Rugged Tote

I have had one of these in the bed of my truck for 15 years. Stored ropes ,gloves tiedown straps, and the like. in the past few years the sun did a number on it and it will not seal as well as it did when new.
If you want something ruff and that will last this is it.
